1. Cost accounting: Calculate the production cost of the product and the monthly online cost based on the collected and allocated data;
2. Cost analysis: conduct a series of comparative analysis and variation analysis on the calculated product cost and describe the causes for the difference on a monthly basis;
3. Deliver a monthly routine cost analysis report, give feedback on the company's product cost from the perspective of financial management, analyze cost changes and the causes, provide effective and feasible suggestions on product cost reduction, and promote the implementation;
4. Inventory verification and check: Check the inventory balance with the Production Management Department on a monthly basis, and regularly or irregularly conduct random inspections and check of semi-finished product and finished product warehouses to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of each cost data.
